These two wrappers are addressed to the same recipient and from the handwriting appear to have been sent by the same sender.
The top one is postmarked Mostaganem 20.05.30 and has no date code.
The bottom one (with date code 642) has a Tunisia stamp added, the date of the postmark is 20.06.35, but I cannot identify the place name.
My guess is that this wrapper was actually posted somewhere in Tunisia.
