Canada Postal Stationery Postage Due Newspaper Wrappers

Canada Postage Due Newspaper Wrappers

Canada is unique in the philatelic world as being the only country to produce postage due newspaper wrappers.

These wrappers were used by the post office to return publications to publishers and collect postage due. The last line of the printed text on the wrapper gives the form number (29 B), the quantity printed and a date of printing. The size is variable, 146-163mm x 370-380mm.
