The "postmark" MAURY 6 BOULE
MONTMARTE
PARIS has been printed together with the address
Exposition de Timbres Poste
6 Boulevard Montmartre
Paris
and other advertising material in black
which is MAURY A PARIS TIMBRES in reverse order.
This item was then used as a newspaper wrapper in England from Bognor to Portsmouth in 1901
...............
I have also seen a similar item with the stamp in purple and different text on the reverse - probably produced in 1897.
