Private Overprints on Postal Stationery Newspaper Wrappers from Victoria Australia
Private overprints on newspaper wrappers from Victoria are very rarely offered for sale. This clearly suggests that they are scarce or even rare,
(or perhaps there are people hoarding them?).
I have managed to collect only a handful of these wrappers; these are shown below.
